Please complete your application by submitting the $50 Application Fee, below. If your participation is contingent upon scholarship assistance, and/or you are unable to pay the Application Fee at this time, please email us. If you’ve indicated your interest in applying for a scholarship, we will send information and a scholarship application after you’ve been admitted to the program.
